design approach

we were appointed to deliver the revised planning submission, develop the full technical design package, and support the developer across riba stages 0 to 5. the site demanded a careful architectural response. the homes needed to sit comfortably within a wooded landscape while presenting a clear modern identity suited to the high value branksome park location.

each property was designed with a strong emphasis on layout flow, natural light, and framed views. open, generous internal spaces look out toward formal landscaped gardens and a private shared driveway. the restrained material palette reinforces the quiet luxury of the scheme, with textures and tones carried through to the hard landscaping. this creates a cohesive and calm visual language across the entire development.
