we were appointed to design and prepare a revised planning submission, together with the technical design package and assisting the developer with site queries.
the project was carefully designed to optimise a luxurious layout, with carefully planned spaces that capitalise on views overlooking formal landscaped gardens and private driveway. a restrained and custom selection of materials allows the design to continue into the hard landscaping details and overall modern aesthetic.
