On this project our input included carrying out the initial site appraisal, preparing concept drawings and then subsequently completing Planning and Building Regulations drawing packages. Despite a narrow plot width of roughly 4.5m, we were able to achieve a 3 bedroom house with a ground floor WC, first floor family bathroom and ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. The first floor includes vaulted ceilings which help to make the house feel spacious and much bigger than the floor area would suggest. A large rooflight over the stair helps to draw light into the centre of the house, which can often be dark spaces in semi-detatched properties.

The project is currently on site and nearing completion. The developer was delighted with the feedback received from local estate agents following viewings, which has pushed the sale value significantly higher than they were expecting.
